Due to hygiene and medical device regulations, wig sales are generally final. However, we stand behind our products:

  • Defective or Damaged Items
    • Report any defects, damage, or incorrect items to info@sumurcohair.com within 7 days of delivery.
    • Provide photos and order number. We will authorize a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no cost.
  • Resizing & Fit Adjustments
    • Every wig includes one free resizing within 30 days. Contact us for return instructions; we cover return shipping for this service.
  • General Returns (Case by Case)
    • If you change your mind, we may accept returns of unworn, undamaged wigs within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 20 % restocking fee and return shipping costs.
    • Customized orders (color‑matches, specialty caps) are not eligible for return.
  • Refund Timing
    • Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Exchanges
    • Exchanges for a different size or style are treated as a return plus new order. Return fees apply as above; you pay shipping on the replacement item.
